Nutritional goal:
- Drink less glasses of juices at week - Eat 2 more pieces of fruit at week, and reduce my consumption of industrial pastries. |
Physical activity goal:
I want to tone up, so I intend to do 30 minutes a day of exercises at home, and to improve my resistance I can increase the time I walk my dog from half an hour to 1 hour. |
During the last weeks in physical education class we have been going for two hours, four Fridays to the gym of Can Ricart, where we have practiced spining, bodycombat, yoga and pilates classes, and the last day was a session of strength.
At the end of the sessions they gave us some bonuses to try a free day at the gym, so I took advantage and used them this week that I went with a friend. First to warm up I have made a half hour of tape, then we have continued with the rowing machine, about 20 minutes, then we have done another 20 minutes of bike and another 15 of elliptical. To finish we have returned to make half an hour of tape. Have been a tired but nice day! |
